In Spanish, the Middle School students developed projects in groups. They did research, exchanged ideas, divided roles and presented it orally in Spanish.
In Spanish the Upper Elementary students worked on an open topic project. They learned nouns, adjectives, verbs, colors and prepositions. They also presented it orally in Spanish.
In Spanish, the Lower Elementary students worked on a project in groups. The topic was “Animals in different habitats.” Through this project they learned the names of animals, nature elements, colors, adjectives and numbers. They also presented the project orally in Spanish.
In Spanish, the Children’s House students prepared individual hands on projects. When they finished drawing, painting and pasting, they described it using simple Spanish words and colors, guided by me.
A big thank you to Jeanine Silversmith for coming in today to share the tradition of making latkes for Hanukkah. The children’s House students helped craft them from scratch and then got to taste the yummy treats!
