2. Submit an Application.
To apply for admission to Quest, complete an Application for Admission Form and submit it with the $75.00 application fee to:

3. Complete the Application Packet.
A completed application includes school records and a teacher recommendation form completed by the applicant’s current classroom teacher.
The recommendation forms can be downloaded here and mailed to Quest directly from the applicant’s school. Our mailing address is:

4. Attend a Parent Information Session.
We invite you to attend one of our weekly information sessions where you can learn about what we do at Quest. These sessions are held weekly Tuesday-Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 am. Parents are expected to attend one of these sessions as part of the application process. At this orientation parents will also have the opportunity to tour the school, meet with the Head of School and/or the Assistant Head of School to learn more about Quest and our program. 5. Admission Process and Notification.
Quest Montessori School does not discriminate against children on the basis of religious beliefs, race, color, national origin or ethnic origin. We seek to build classrooms with a balance of ages, genders and learning styles. Preference is given to siblings of current Quest students, then to applicants with Montessori backgrounds and then to others. Once available space is identified, admission is made based upon these considerations. When space is unavailable, children may be placed in an applicant waiting pool at the parents’ request for future admission. Prospective applicants to Quest should have their admissions application in by mid-February. In early March, Quest begins notifying prospective parents of available spaces for the coming academic year. After March, Quest moves to a rolling admissions process.
6. Student Interview Meeting and Class Visit.
Applicants who have fulfilled the above requirements and who meet the classroom needs for age and gender balance will be invited to visit the classroom. At that time a classroom teacher will conduct an interview with the prospective student as part of the admissions process. Notification will be given to all applicants following the interview process.
Upon notification of acceptance into Quest, a non- refundable advance tuition deposit of $800.00 will be due within 2 weeks of notification in order to guarantee the student’s space in the class. Upon receipt of the advanced tuition deposit, Quest will hold a place for the student. The advance tuition deposit will be applied to the year’s tuition. Please note that the advance tuition deposit is non-refundable.

- Schedule and complete your child’s student interview/classroom visit.
