Two questions often asked by prospective families are what types of high schools do Quest graduates attend, and how do Quest students transition from the Montessori environment to more traditional, non-Montessori schools. The answers to these questions are simple.
Quest students proudly attend all different types of high schools, it is about the best fit for the student and the family.
Our graduating students have gone on to attend the following schools:
|Public Schools:||Private Schools:|
|East Greenwich High School||Bishop Hendricken||Providence Country Day|
|Narragansett High School||La Salle Academy||The Prout School|
|North Kingstown High School||Lincoln School||Rocky Hill|
|Portsmouth High School||The Met School||SchoolOne|
|South Kingstown High School||Moses Brown||Wheeler School|
From data gathered by Quest administration and faculty, Quest alumni do very well academically and socially in the traditional high school environment, regardless of size. Quest students typically place into honors and Advanced Placement classes. Their Montessori experience has taught them to be comfortable discussing academic and social topics with peers and teachers in any academic setting. A Quest graduate’s Montessori experience provides the foundation to easily work with all types of students from varying backgrounds. Quest students graduate with a strong sense of self and an understanding of who they are and how they learn. These skills translate to success in the traditional high school no matter the location.
