At Quest, community is at the heart of everything we do. In Montessori education, relationships are just as important as academics. A strong, supportive community helps children feel safe, valued, connected, giving them the confidence to learn, grow and thrive.

Throughout the year, we come together for meaningful traditions that strengthen these bonds—from our Back-to-School Potluck, to the Winter Gathering, Grandfriends Day, End-of-Year Picnic, and, most recently, our Starlit Soiree auction. These are not just gatherings, they are moments of connection that bring families, students, and staff closer together. Within the school, students build community by sharing meals across classrooms, reading and working with younger students, organizing activities, and planning all-school events like Field Day. These experiences foster leadership, empathy, and a deep sense of belonging.

At Quest, we believe that learning thrives in a culture of connection. By strengthening relationships inside and outside the classroom, we create a school community where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired.
